Really, What Else Did We Expect From the POTUS in His Final State of the Union? - Snarkiness Alert!

Comments

I get the distinct impression that you don't like him, Paikea.

I watched a program about Blair last night. There were some interviews with Dubya. I keep trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He is, after all, the most powerful man in the world who could start a nuclear war. But no matter which way I look at it, I think he really is as stupid as he looks.

How very, very depressing. And scary...
I am glad that is the last State of the Union from GW Bush. Hopefully he will avoid destroying the world before his term is up. We can live in hope.........
he's in complete denial - or rather, he doesn't even KNOW what a horrible thing he's been putting the US, Iraq, Afghanistan and the rest of world through - he is as stupid as he looks - just the kind of guy we want with his finger on THE BUTTON - you know, the guy you "can sit and have a beer with"
Hopefully he will avoid destroying the world before his term is up.

mmm hmmm

"hope" is the operative word - you might say it's the current catchword!
I could not bring myself to listen, watch, or read it. I always get so agitated after about two seconds....I keep wondering where I left the RoundUP !!
so, not so much a Shrub as an invasive and dastardly WEED, then

i concur, LBeeeze:)

puke weed....!!
One of my coworkers showed us this today. Way better of course

"No, Shrub You have been tested and You have been found Wanting"

He has been tested and found to be an idiot. A dangerous one.

He is an arsehole of the highest accord, and I shall remember for all my life, that my president was one of the worst "leaders" in history. He has hired some of the most evil and greedy arses into government offices, who have ties to oil companies.

His "energy security" catch phrase is the most heinous of terms, and he and his admin use it to attack countries, destroy wildlife habitats, and reject the Kyoto Protocol.

He makes NIxon look good.

quite obviously, i agree with everything you wrote, Geology Byotch

i take it you've heard about the polar bear habitats and the oil and gas leases in Alaska

i've had the article on hold to post for a few days, and you've segued me rather nicely into it

it's my latest post, if you want to check it out

and be even more disgusted

"We live on a hunk of rock and metal that circles a humdrum star that is one of 400 billion other stars that make up the Milky Way Galaxy which is one of billions of other galaxies which make up a universe which may be one of a very large number, perhaps an infinite number, of other universes. That is a perspective on human life and our culture that is well worth pondering." -- Carl Sagan
